Weifang Dafa Machinery Co., Ltd has 30 years experience in making parts of cast iron and cast steel, that are used in the industries of automobile, agriculture machinery, construction machinery, machine tool, piping components and other industrial components, construction, civil engineering, ship and sea port, mine, railway, electric power, electrical, etc. We are professional in casting, machining, and assembing. Material can be ductile cast iron (spheroidal graphite cast iron), gray iron, alloy cast iron, cast steel, alloy steel, etc. Our speciality business is making parts and assembling devices as per customers′ English technical drawings and document. Our other business is making standard product of grooved fittings, pipe fittings, anchor rod for mine, manhole cover, bollard in seaport, etc. More than 90% of our sales is exported to international companies customers, or is to multinational corporation′s China subsidiary companies.
Our main equipment and machines are: A DISA Wheelabrator brand vertical automatic molding production line, a Japanese Koyo brand horizontal automatic molding production line, a Semi-automatic resin sand molding line, three manual sand casting workshops, a lost foam casting workshop, a precoated sand core making workshop, 20 PCS of medium frequency electric furnace from 1 ton to 15 ton, 20 PCS of CNC lathe, 4 CNC milling machines, many other ordinary machine tools, an electrostatic spray coating & baking line, a spectro analyzer, 3 thermal analyzers, a computer aided casting metal microstructure analyse system, a digital ultrasonic fault detector, a computer monitored 30 ton strength testing machine, a big sized computer aided coordinate measuring CMM system, a pneumatic and hydraulic casting leakproofness test workstation, two assembling workshops, a pattern and mold making workshop, etc.
We are certificated with ISO9001 quality system, and we are applying for TS16949 certification. We always do chemical analysis beside furnace before pouring. We always do fracture check, chemical analysis, organization microstructure image, and tensile strength testing, just after casting, in all each furnace melting times. We use ultrasonic fault detector to check the thick position in all parts, in order to ensure no shrinkage cavity, nor porosity. We measure and check the important dimensions of all parts. We do routing inspection when parts are being made. We carry out CPK (Complex Process capability indeX) to ensure tooling quality. We do SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis to control quality. Before finished product enter finished warehouse, we do final random check. We have measuring and check record file for all orders for retrospecting.
Our engineering team use casting computer simulation software to help to design mold, fixture, tooling, and make work instruction papers. We have many technical standards of many countries. Our staff of Export Sales/Project Department are also with good engineering and English ability, as well as good international trade knowledge and experience. We can understand your drawings accurately and completely.
